Saturday, September 20th – Cow Palace (82 & 100 mile route start)
Cow Palace, 2600 Geneva Ave

• 5:30am – 7:30am Registration, luggage drop-off, mechanics available and breakfast
• 7:00am Team start
• 7:15am – Ride out starts 
• 8:00am – Ride out ends


Saturday, September 20th - Sonoma Mountain Village (40 mile route start and Saturday finish location)
Sonoma Mountain Village, 1400 Valley House Drive, Rohnert Park, CA 94928

• 7:30am – 8:45am Registration and breakfast
• 9:00am – Ride out starts
• 9:30am – Ride out ends (Riders will not be allowed to enter the route after 9:30am)
• 11:00am – 8:00pm Showers open
• 12:00pm – 6:00pm Expo
• 1:00pm – 7:00pm Beer and wine garden open, Massage tables open
• 2:00pm Shuttle service to hotels begins (running approx every half hour or when full)
• 2:00 - 7:30pm Entertainment
• 3:00 - 5:00pm VIP Lounge hours
• 3:00pm – 6:30pm Team photos
• 3:00pm – 7:00pm Dinner hours
• 5:00pm All routes close, riders must be off the course
• 5:00pm Team awards and Program
• 8:00pm Showers close, shuttle services ends, quiet hours begin
• 9:00pm Lights out


Sunday, September 21st - Sonoma Mountain Village

• 5:15am Luggage drop-off, bike corral opens, showers open and shuttles from hotels back to Sonoma Mountain Village (Shuttles end at 7:30 a.m.)
• 5:30am – 7:00am Breakfast and mechanics available
• 5:30 - 7:30am VIP Lounge hours
• 6:45am – 7:30am Team Photos
• 7:00am Ride out starts
• 8:00am Ride out ends
• 12:00pm – 5:30pm Food, massage, and entertainment, beer and wine garden
• 1:00pm Shuttles back to San Francisco begin. (Buses run approximately every half hour or when full.)
• 5:00pm Route closes
• 5:15pm Showers close
• 6:00pm Last shuttles leave Sonoma Mountain Village and Event Concludes
