Mission Possible
Raise $20,000 or more and you have achieved the highest current level of recognition within the National MS Society’s family of events. For your amazing accomplishment, you are eligible for a week-long celebration and bike ride at destination to be determined. Package includes airfare, lodging, receptions, participation in the destination’s bike ride, and other commemorative items. Guests are welcome at their own expense. You will also receive the Bike MS: Waves to Wine Official Top Fundraiser Jersey, Bike MS: Waves to Wine cycling shorts as well as VIP status. If you opt to forgo the all inclusive trip you will have the option to accept a $250 bike shop gift card.

Cognac Club
Raise $10,000 and become a Champion in advancing the mission of the National MS Society. You will be awarded a three-day celebration in a city still to be determined, attended by top fundraisers from all over the nation. Airfare, lodging and other special accommodations for two are included in this three-day event, traditionally scheduled during the month of February. You will also receive the Bike MS: Waves to Wine Official Top Fundraiser Jersey, Bike MS: Waves to Wine cycling shorts as well as VIP status. If you opt to forgo the all inclusive trip you will have the option to accept a $150 bike shop gift card.

Champagne Club
Raise $7,500 or more and join this club. In addition to the top fundraising perks, you will receive a Bike MS: Waves to Wine Official Top Fundraiser Jersey, Bike MS: Waves to Wine cycling shorts and an option to a $100 bike shop gift certificate.

Chardonnay Club
Raising $5,000 $7,499 gains you membership in this group. At this level you will receive a Bike MS: Waves to Wine Official Jersey as well as Bike MS: Waves to Wine cycling shorts and an option to a $75 bike shop gift certificate.

Merlot Club
Raising $2,500 - $4,999 grants you membership into this club. You will receive a Bike MS: Waves to Wine Top Fundraiser Jersey and an option to a $50 Bike Shop Gift Certificate

Cabernet Club
$1000-$2,499 will get you a Bike MS: Waves to Wine Official Jersey

Give Back Club
Join the hundreds of individuals who are already members of the Give Back Club and donate the cost of your prize back to the Northern California Chapter. To join the Give Back Club simply do not redeem your gift certificate. We want you to keep the jersey and wear it proudly. The cost of your prize will then stay with the Northern California Chapter and go towards programs and research for those living with multiple sclerosis.  Last year we saved over $3000 from people joining the Give Back Club.
