What is Bike MS: Waves to Wine Ride?

Bike MS: Waves to Wine Ride takes you on an unforgettable, two-day journey through San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma Counties. All you need is your bike and your gear, and we'll take care of the rest.

As many as 2,000 riders will cruise along scenic point to point courses ranging from 40 to 175 miles. There will be rest stops approximately every 12-15 miles, six full meals; generous amenities, stunning landscapes, stocked rest stops at multiple sites, and spirited festivities that include music and a beer garden are all included.

Riders raise money to support MS research, programs and services dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals affected by MS. Find out more.

Accommodations

Riders are responsible for arranging any hotel accommodations during the Bike MS: Waves to Wine Ride. A list of hotels with Waves to Wine rates is available here.

On Friday night, we have a number of room blocks at our sponsoring hotels in San Francisco to bring you closer to the starting line on Saturday morning. Riders may make reservations directly with the hotels. Ask for the special Bike MS: Waves to Wine Ride rates.

A free camping area is available on Saturday night at Sonoma Mountain Village in Rohnert Park. The Ride serves Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast from this location. Food is free for riders and $10 for dinner and $5 for lunch/breakfast for family and friends.

Free shuttle service is available to select hotels in the nearby area on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

Riders are responsible for their own transportation to and from hotels not covered by shuttles on Saturday night and Sunday morning.
